The 16-foot-wide brownstone at 110 West 118th Street first arrived on the market back in September and apparently went into contract within a month's time. Better, high-end renovations in a South Harlem townhouse for under $2 Million has increasingly been more difficult to find and the initial listing price of $1.8 million probably helped the sales along.
